Final Sale Policy

All sale items, including those purchased using a discount code or during promotions, are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or order modifications.
For health and safety reasons, the following items are also considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Socks

  • Beanies

  • Hats

  • Masks


Order Processing & Shipping

All domestic orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped.

  • Processing time: Please allow 5-7 business days for order handling.

  • High-volume periods: During sales, releases, or holidays, processing time may extend to 8-10 business days. We always strive to ship as quickly as possible.

Important:
If your billing and shipping address are different, we may require government-issued ID for verification.

Once shipped, tracking will be provided. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor delivery status. Asaali is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.


Order Cancellation Policy

Due to our fast order fulfillment process, no cancellations or changes can be made once your order is placed. Please double-check your cart before finalizing the purchase.


Domestic Exchanges (U.S. Orders Only)

We offer size exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn items with original tags intact.

  • Used or worn items will not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We do not issue refunds—only exchanges are permitted.
